Packages are strategically paced with sessions two weeks apart, for the deep subconscious work to take place. Each package includes an additional Pilot session to commence and a Finish Line session to conclude, ensuring your progress is intentional and measurable.

COACHING PACKAGES

All our packages consist of a set of sessions built in response to your goals and individual needs. We space two weeks in between sessions to allow for the deeper, subconscious work to take effect. This is the proven methodology that delivers impactful, meaningful change - both internally and in your work. All packages include an additional initial 90 minute Pilot session to launch and a 90 minute Finish Line session to wrap up.- these are on top of the number of sessions in the package that you choose and included in the price.

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes over Zoom, to guarantee privacy and focus. We adhere to the EMCC Global Ethical Guide to guarantee confidentiality and firm ethical practice for our coaching clients.
