At Arcadia Coaching, we believe leadership potential should never be limited by financial barriers. Our Scholarship Coaching Package supports ambitious, self-funded professionals - especially those at Associate Director level or below - who are ready to invest in their growth but may not have access to employer sponsorship.

What’s Included: 

• Pilot Session: 60-minute discovery call to set goals and success measures  
• ACCELERATOR package: 6 x 60 minute sessions held fortnigthly as per our ACCELERATOR package and tailored to your unique challenges and goals  
• Finish Line Session: Wrap-up to consolidate your development and plan next steps  
• Personalised Development Plan: Clear, actionable roadmap  
• Ongoing Support: Email, phone, and WhatsApp access between sessions  
• Laser Boost: Quick 15 minute laser boosts available between each session for all scholarship clients to help you navigate more challenging work days
• Session Delivery: 60 minutes each, delivered over zoom in English
• Package Duration: The ACCELERATOR is built to run over a 3 month period with the hourly sessions taking place every two weeks.  The two weeks in between each session are important as this is where you will find that the deep, transformative work takes place.

Scholarship Rate:

£900 in installments (or £800 up front) for the Accelerator Coaching Package  

• Pay in full £800 up front, or  
• Flexible installments: £300 upfront, then £300/month for two months
