In response to growing client demand, we have been building an executive coaching arm to complement our executive search services at Arcadia Search®. 

Arcadia Coaching®, a bespoke executive coaching service built for business leaders and led by founder Penny Porter, launches on 1st July 2025. Our AoEC-accredited executive coaching offer will deliver a curated service crafted to empower business leaders to unlock their full potential.

Until July, we’re partnering with select private clients behind the scenes and are actively welcoming enquiries for early bookings ahead of our official launch.
